25 years of acknowledged excellence
Independent recognition from the Government of Nepal, international bodies, employer partners and the Nepali press — each a reflection of our commitment to compliance, welfare and worker-first recruitment.
Recognition from government, industry and employers
We present our recognition record honestly — no inflated titles, no invented categories. These are real recognitions with verifiable sources.
DOFE Zero-Violation Compliance Recognition
The Department of Foreign Employment publicly acknowledged Glocal Workforce Nepal for maintaining a zero compliance-violation record across 25 consecutive years of operation — the longest such streak among agencies of comparable placement volume. This recognition was awarded at the annual DOFE Agency Review in Kathmandu.
FEPB Welfare-Fund Excellence Award
The Foreign Employment Promotion Board recognised GWN for 100% welfare-fund registration across all deployments — significantly above the sector average — and for the lowest welfare-claim dispute rate among top-50 agencies by volume. GWN's welfare claim resolution time averaged 11 days against the sector average of 34 days.
ILO Fair Recruitment — Public Signatory
GWN formally signed the ILO Fair Recruitment Principles and completed the IOM IRIS Standard self-assessment, one of the first Nepali manpower agencies of comparable size to do so. The pledge was signed at a ceremony attended by DOFE officials and representatives from the Swiss Embassy in Kathmandu.
Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies — Compliance Award
NAFEA's annual compliance award recognises member agencies with zero DOFE sanctions, active FEPB registration, and a verified complaint-resolution process. GWN received this award at the 2021 NAFEA annual general meeting — cited specifically for publishing its complaint procedure openly online.
Preferred Nepali Recruitment Partner — European Manufacturing
A leading Polish automotive group named GWN its preferred Nepali recruitment partner for the fifth consecutive year, citing the lowest worker turnover rate (11% vs. industry average of 28%), the highest documentation accuracy rate, and GWN's proactive welfare check-in programme as key differentiators.
Gulf Employer Preferred Partner Recognition
A UAE-headquartered construction group with projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai recognised GWN in its annual supplier review as a top-5 recruitment partner globally — and as its exclusive Nepali source for skilled trades including 6G welders, certified electricians and civil site engineers.
