If you have experienced unfair recruitment, deception or any breach of our ethical standards — by Glocal Workforce Nepal or any other party — you can complain through any of the channels below.

2. Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE)

Nepal's government regulator for foreign employment maintains a complaint portal — file directly at dofe.gov.np.

3. Foreign Employment Tribunal

For formal legal complaints, Nepal's Foreign Employment Tribunal hears recruitment-related cases.

Confidentiality

All complaints received by Glocal Workforce Nepal are handled confidentially. We will not retaliate against any worker who files a complaint in good faith.
