These Terms govern your use of the Glocal Workforce Nepal website (workforcenepal.com) and our recruitment services. By accessing the site or applying for any role, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to apply for foreign employment through Glocal Workforce Nepal, in line with the Foreign Employment Act 2007.

Services

We provide recruitment, screening, documentation and pre-departure orientation services for Nepali workers seeking employment abroad, and corresponding services for overseas employers.

Fees

Worker-paid service fees never exceed the limits set by the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE). Many placements are free-visa, free-ticket arrangements where the employer covers all costs.

Limitations

While we vet every employer and every job, the final employment relationship is between the worker and the overseas employer. We act as a regulated intermediary under Nepali law.
