Why employers choose GWN
International employers choosing a Nepali recruitment partner face a fundamental asymmetry: they are selecting workers they cannot directly interview in their language, from a country they may have never visited, for roles that require specific skills they cannot easily verify from a distance.
GWN was built to solve this problem. Our trade-test centres verify skilled workers' competencies before a visa application is filed. Our medical coordination ensures workers are medically cleared for the specific demands of the role. Our documentation team ensures every worker arrives with accurate, complete, embassy-approved papers. And our welfare programme means workers remain productive and committed throughout their contracts.
The result: employer clients who benchmark us against other agencies consistently report lower worker turnover, fewer documentation errors, and higher worker satisfaction scores. That is why 89% of our employer clients place repeat orders with us, and why 34% of our employer relationships are more than five years old.
Our ethical employer standards
We do not work with all employers who approach us. Before accepting a new employer as a client, we review their business registration, inspect accommodation (where the placement involves employer-provided housing), verify wage-payment systems, and review the proposed employment contract against ILO minimum standards. Employers who fail our due diligence are declined.
This protects our workers. It also protects our employer clients — because they know that every worker we send has been treated fairly throughout the recruitment process, which means lower attrition, fewer grievances and a more productive workforce.
