Why employers choose GWN

International employers choosing a Nepali recruitment partner face a fundamental asymmetry: they are selecting workers they cannot directly interview in their language, from a country they may have never visited, for roles that require specific skills they cannot easily verify from a distance.

GWN was built to solve this problem. Our trade-test centres verify skilled workers' competencies before a visa application is filed. Our medical coordination ensures workers are medically cleared for the specific demands of the role. Our documentation team ensures every worker arrives with accurate, complete, embassy-approved papers. And our welfare programme means workers remain productive and committed throughout their contracts.

The result: employer clients who benchmark us against other agencies consistently report lower worker turnover, fewer documentation errors, and higher worker satisfaction scores. That is why 89% of our employer clients place repeat orders with us, and why 34% of our employer relationships are more than five years old.

Our ethical employer standards

We do not work with all employers who approach us. Before accepting a new employer as a client, we review their business registration, inspect accommodation (where the placement involves employer-provided housing), verify wage-payment systems, and review the proposed employment contract against ILO minimum standards. Employers who fail our due diligence are declined.

This protects our workers. It also protects our employer clients — because they know that every worker we send has been treated fairly throughout the recruitment process, which means lower attrition, fewer grievances and a more productive workforce.

Construction & Infrastructure

84 employers

Our largest sector by employer count. Gulf construction clients range from Abu Dhabi ferry terminals to NEOM in Saudi Arabia. European construction clients include Croatian coast hospitality infrastructure and Romanian road and rail projects.

Manufacturing & Industrial

62 employers

European manufacturing is one of GWN's fastest-growing sectors. Polish automotive plants, Czech assembly operations and German industrial groups have all emerged as significant repeat clients, valuing Nepali workers' reliability and adaptability.

Hospitality & Hotels

47 employers

Nepal's reputation for exceptional service culture makes Nepali workers highly sought in premium hospitality. GWN supplies to several brands ranked among the world's top-rated resort groups — though we cannot name them by agreement.

Healthcare & Caregiving

26 employers

Healthcare placements require the most rigorous documentation and qualification verification of any GWN sector. Our compliance team works closely with CTEVT and Nepal Nursing Council to ensure all placed workers hold verifiable, internationally recognised credentials.

Logistics & Warehousing

21 employers

The growth of e-commerce across Europe has driven significant demand for Nepali warehouse workers. Polish logistics clients include some of the largest third-party logistics operators in Central Europe.

Security Services

18 employers

Nepali Gurkha heritage creates strong market recognition for Nepali security professionals across the Gulf and Southeast Asia. GWN places security workers with integrated security companies holding government contracts.

Engineering & IT

14 employers

Our smallest sector by count but highest average salary. Germany's new Skilled Immigration Act has significantly increased demand for qualified Nepali engineers, and GWN has invested in understanding the recognition and visa procedures.

Employer perspectives

What our employer partners say

We share anonymised employer feedback to give prospective clients a realistic picture of the GWN service experience.

HR Director, Polish Automotive Manufacturer

We have worked with several Nepali agencies over the years. GWN is the only one that visits us annually to understand our production environment, reviews our accommodation before workers arrive, and calls us back within four hours when we have a welfare concern. Their workers arrive documented, medically cleared and with realistic expectations of what the job involves. Turnover in our Nepali cohort is 11% — our lowest of any nationality.

For ten years, GWN has been our exclusive source for skilled Nepali trades — specifically 6G welders and certified electricians. What differentiates them is the trade-test quality. Every welder they send has been tested to the specific standard we require. We have never had a GWN-sourced welder fail a site welding qualification test. That reliability is worth more than any fee comparison.

Nepali workers are among the most valued members of our resort teams across the archipelago. GWN's pre-departure orientation clearly includes service culture training — our Nepali room attendants consistently receive the highest guest-satisfaction scores of any nationality in our housekeeping category. The welfare check-in programme GWN runs also means workers feel supported, which shows in their engagement and retention.

1

Initial consultation

We conduct a standard employer due diligence review — business registration, accommodation inspection (where required), WPS/bank-transfer payment verification and contract review. A Memorandum of Understanding is signed.
